A St. Louis man died Saturday at a store when the forklift he was operating flipped over and trapped him. A store employee found the 32-year-old man pinned underneath the forklift at about 7:55 p.m. in a loading dock delivery area. Rescue workers used the Jaws of Life to free [the worker], but it was too late. Efforts to revive him were unsuccessful.
